PICK UP

OUR HIRES ARE PICK UP ONLY

As part of the hire of the chiller trailer you will need to bring a car with a tow bar and have a fully licenced driver over the age of 25.

On pick up we will give you a brief rundown of how to attach and detach the trailer and some basic pointers but recommend that if you haven’t towed a trailer before you get someone who has, to do you a solid and pick it up.

ASSEMBLY

You’ll get a handy how to guide on booking and if you want we are happy to show you how easy it is to put together on pick up.

Plus this little photo montage is pretty self explanatory.

We recommend you get the chiller up and running for a couple of hours before you fill it and wherever possible fill it with cold product. Ask your liquor supplier to chill it in their big chillers for a couple of days prior.

Payment

To secure your date there is a $100 non refundable deposit required, which is taken off your final bill.

Full payment is required before trailer is picked up.

CONTRACT AND INSURANCE

There is a wee bit of paperwork to fill out on hire, we’ll need to photograph your licence and you’ll need to promise to not deliberately destroy our property … We cover the insurance though so if something does accidentally happen please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll sort it out.
